Leef partners with Australia Post to deliver online orders to your door.
At Leef, we understand that you want fast, reliable, low cost delivery of your online orders. That’s why we partner with Australia’s largest postage supplier, Australia Post, to deliver orders across the street or across Australia.
Our promise to you.
- We dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2 business days of you placing your order on the Leef website.
- All parcels under 22kg are sent via Australia Post’s ‘Parcel Post’ service.
- The time it takes for you to receive your order depends on how far away your delivery address is from our Caulfield (Vic) warehouse.
- Melbourne metro deliveries should be received within 2 business days of dispatch from our warehouse
- Interstate metro deliveries should be received within 3 – 7 business days of dispatch from our warehouse
- Country and remote areas will take longer.
- You will receive an email with a link to track your delivery on the Australia Post website. The tracking information will show you where you parcel is on its journey to your door.

1300 264 412- Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking link. Just click on the link to be taken to the Australia Post website where you can see the tracking information relating to your parcel (it may take a number of hours for the first tracking information to appear after your order is placed).
- Your delivery state & postcode determines the cost of your delivery.
- All online orders are dispatched from our Caulfield South warehouse and so the delivery cost is higher for
delivery addresses that are further away from our warehouse. In future we intend to dispatch orders from a warehouse in each state which will allow us to offer cheaper delivery prices to our customers in other states

If your order’s cubic or actual weight is higher than that, we will send it via an alternative method. In that case, we will contact you to advise of any additional charges that will apply.

- Your order will be delivered between 7am and 9pm on a business day i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays.
- If you are not around when delivery is attempted, the Australia Post delivery driver will either leave your parcel in a safe place (if there is one) or a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your parcel from a nearby Post Office
- You can also register with Australia Post before placing your order to take advantage of their 24/7 Parcel Lockers. You will be given a Parcel Locker address that you can use when placing your order with us.
