The EquaGel General Pressure Care cushion is a low maintenance, low profile, gel pressure care seat cushion, designed for mild to moderate pressure care.
Made from a dry polymer gel, arranged in a series of rows and columns. Sitting on the cushion places pressure on the cell walls, causing them to gently collapse, allowing the users body weight to be distributed across a greater surface. The open structure of the EquaGel cushion enables greater air circulation further improving its pressure care capabilities.
- Contoured pelvic area to distribute the user’s weight more evenly.
- Comes with a breathable, waterproof cover.
- Velcro straps are included for securing the cushion to a wheelchair.
- Extremely durable and requiring close to no maintenance makes them easy to use and a long-lasting solution.
