TheraBand® Comfort Fit Wrist and Ankle Weight Sets are ideal for home exercise programs and are also frequently used to add weight to the wrists to help stabilise a tremor allowing more control for the performance of activities such as eating, writing or computer use or for self care activities.
TheraBand Comfort Fit Ankle & Wrist Weight Sets allow users to increase weight in strength training and rehabilitation programs without changing technique, which is fundamental to the principles of progressive exercise.
